---Office Administrator and Bookkeeper---

JOB SUMMARY:
Assists management with clerical and administrative support, provides for purchase and delivery of materials and services (keeping historical records of all transactions), administers employee benefits, and maintains personnel records. Maintains the books of the company (QuickBooks) and administers bi-monthly payroll.

Skills/Qualifications:
Office experience-attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as QuickBooks and Intuit Payroll Services, excellent customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and work independantly as well as part of a team.

---Systems and Support Administrator---

Model Driven Solutions is a high-tech business and systems architecture, and development firm requiring support for our collaborative web environments, system administration, portals, web sites and development tools. This position requires an individual willing and able to learn and engage new technologies while helping the entire team work effectively.

Experience:
1. Advanced web server or portal creation and management
2. Windows Server platform and *nix -- configuration, management, maintenance.
3. Web server (Apache, IIS, etc.) - configuration and maintenance.

Development:
HTML/XML/XSD/XSLT
Scripting (Shell/perl/java/javascript etc)
Plus:
Experience with some of the following is highly desirable but not required:

---Technical Writer---

Job Description:

Working closely with both the Development & Testing Departments, you will take responsibility for writing and editing technical documentation for all Model Driven Products and Services. You will develop & update online HTML Help, Product & Training Documentation that is well written, presented, and communicates efficiently to the MDS client. When creating, updating and enhancing the documentation, the virtuoso technical writer will adhere to format, content and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.

Qualifications
With excellent organization, communication and writing styles the ideal candidate will have an eye for detail. This position require highly motivated individuals that are able to grasp complex software and learn quickly. It also requires the ability to work within tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential, while HTML and Technical Writing experience is required. Experience with Imaging Software (Corel Draw, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or similar) for screen capturing is essential. General knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas are desired: Federal Government, DoD, Finance, Human Resources, Acquisition, etc.
A pertinent Bachelor's Degree or related field and 2 years work experience, is required. 4 years practical exposure in the specific field will waive educational requirements. Sample work will be requested at interview.

Needed: Creative Software Developers to produce leading edge web UI and portal.

Model Driven Solutions needs leading edge developers capable of implementing and supporting a distributed SOA application using web-based user interface and portal technology in Java.

Developers: 3+ years experience in tool development or large distributed systems with multiple application server and portal environments based on Java, J2EE, Web Services, XHTML, XSLT, CSS, JDBC, JSP, etc.  Must have experience producing web based application user interfaces.  Oracle Application Server experience desired. Modeling background and orientation (UML, DoDAF, OWL, RDF, FEA, MDA, Zachman, etc.) a big plus.

Needed: Enterprise & Solutions Architects to help major organizations achieve agility with SOA and executable model driven enterprise architectures.

Model Driven Solutions needs leading edge developers, team leads and architects and team leads.

Architects: 5+ years experience in Enterprise and/or Systems architecture with a heavy modeling emphasis.  Experience in Model Driven Architecture (MDA), UML modeling and/or Semantic Web (OWL/RDF) is required.  As MDA technologies integrate modeling and systems development, development experience is also valuable.  Initial application area will be financial management and accounting, applicable domain expertise also highly desirable.

Team will be working with major organizations to produce simulated and executable enterprise and systems architectures using MDA standards in concert with industry leaders.  Architects capable of producing only fuzzy paper architectures need not apply!
